Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled on the initiative of EventNest or the organizer, 100% of the ticket/service cost will be refunded.

Cancellation by Participant: In case of cancellation initiated by the customer, refunds are made under the following conditions:

• Cancellation up to 24 hours prior to the event/service start: 100% refund.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the event start: non-refundable.

Refund Process: Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase within 3-7 business days after receiving the request.
