1. Description of Services & Packages

The EventNest event (quiz) ticket/package includes the following services:

• Entrance fee for the specified event
• Table reservation at the venue
• All required game materials
• Tastings included within the event program
• Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams

2. Venue & Entry Procedures

Events are held at Kond House. Entry is managed at the door via a guest list by registered full name. Please arrive before the event start time, as entry may be restricted once the event begins.

3. Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

You may cancel your participation and receive a 100% full refund at least 48 hours prior to the event start. In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, your registration can be transferred to a future event. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. You may also transfer your ticket/spot to another person by notifying us in advance.
